Purple Galaxy Sketchbook

A half-leather journal with genuine vegetable tanned black goat leather, accents of Belgian hand marbled paper, and lilac lokta endpapers. Hand-tooled gold details line the spine and outline the endpapers on both covers.

Originally, I made this journal to try out this variation of a half-binding and have had it on my shelf as decoration, but I decided it's time to let it go to someone who will actually use it!

Inside are 160 pages of 75lb (111gsm) Richeson Drawing Paper. It's a heavyweight, velvet tooth drawing paper that is perfect for charcoal, pencil, and pastels. Bright white & acid-free. This journal will lay completely flat while writing/drawing and will hold up exceptionally to regular use.
