Returns & Exchanges

All regularly priced journals and sketchbooks are eligible for a return or exchange if they do not meet your expectations. To be eligible, the item must be unused (not written in) and in the same condition that you received it. Sale items are final & not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you'd like me to create a shipping label for you, please let me know. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
